SIT DOWN DINNER PARTIES
Preparation and service, three courses (salad or soup, entrée with accompaniments, dessert)-$35.00/person plus the cost of food
Preparation and service, four courses (appetizer, salad or soup, entrée with accompaniments, dessert)-$42.00/person plus the cost of food
Preparation and service, five courses (appetizer, salad or soup, two entrees with accompaniments, dessert)-$60.00/person plus the cost of food
If the chef needs to bring an assistant for especially complex menus or high guest counts, there is an additional $20.00/hour cost
BUFFET STYLE PARTIES
Cocktail parties, holiday parties, brunches, and other informal gatherings can vary in price from $15.00-$30.00/person depending upon the menu and level of service. Your chef is happy to help plan your event to create the perfect menu. Please call for a consultation and menu suggestions.
