Chef Amy specializes in small event catering, and will prepare elegant cuisine, whether it's an intimate dinner for two, an elaborate multi-course tasting menu for ten, or a casual brunch buffet for fifty. Service can range from a homey meal of roast chicken or meatloaf left in your oven for you to serve, an elegant event featuring foie gras, truffles, and lobster, or an array of hors d'oeuvres and fancy pastries for a buffet or cocktail party. The chef will create a menu as simple or as elaborate as the occasion demands.
Your chef is responsible for cooking and food service. She will bring all of the groceries and cooking equipment necessary for the preparation of the meal, and will serve each beautifully displayed course with careful attention to detail. You and your guests will be treated to a restaurant quality experience in the privacy of your own home using your best china, linen, and glassware. The chef will leave your kitchen spotless; all you'll need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your party!
