Each personal chef package consists of a number of selected entrees and appropriate side dishes. Your dinners will be left in your freezer or refrigerator, depending on how many people you are serving and how long you'd like the food to last. A 5X4 package includes five different entrees, each with a side dish, four servings of each. It will serve a family of four for five dinners, a family of two for ten dinners, or a single person for twenty dinners. A sample 5X4 package might look like this:

SOUP, STEW, CASSEROLE, AND SALAD PLAN
This plan is an economical, convenient, and healthful way to use the personal chef service. You make your selections from the chef's list of delicious soups, stews, casseroles, and salads. These menu items are complete one-dish meals and do not include accompaniments. They are prepared in two-quart quantities, or approximately eight one-cup servings.

A wide variety of home made desserts are available, from cookies or bars to cakes, cheesecakes, and pies. There is an extra charge for this service depending on your selection. Just let the chef know what your favorites are and she'll happily add that to your service.
